About the Role
We are looking for a Logistics & Planning Specialist to provide assistance to the operation department within our company. In addition to project management and planning skills, the logistics & Planning Specialist will plan, direct and coordinate AcedrA's deliveries. He will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies for supplying our customers network inside KSA and in other territories in the MENA region. He will be often trusted with complex duties and sensitive information.

Ensuring that all operations of deliveries are conducted in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
Contribute towards the achievement of AcedrA’s strategic and operational objectives
Ensuring the implementation of ERP workflow
Manage the 3PL and 4PL partners around the MENA region
Requirements
Preferable proven work experience in pharmaceutical distribution business
Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
Understand the pharmaceutical GxPs and ICH, mainly monitoring the GSDP rules
Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc)
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
Leadership and organisational skills
BS degree in pharmacy
